Rivos Inc Next Gen Website

California-based Rivos develops high-performance, energy-efficient RISC-V based server solutions designed for AI, GenAI and Data Analytics workloads. Although described as “early stage”, Rivos already had significant credibility in terms of its leadership team, engineering teams and investment. But at the start of 2025 its website was still in ‘start-up’ mode. 

Rivos needed a compelling website that could grow and adapt as the company matured from an early stage, pre-product organisation into a product focused company selling to a variety of end market users of Data Centers and AI/GenAI and Data Analytics use cases. They needed a clear, engaging, user-friendly and responsive website
to enhance Rivos’ online presence and to help make a strong impression during this critical growth phase.

A two-stage phased approach was planned. The first phase -  a full redesign of the look and feel plus a restructure of the information architecture and new user journeys - was required in a relatively short two-month timeframe. Then the second phase - the addition of in-depth product information, industry-focus pages, and contextual content such as user stories - was to roll out some six to twelve months after the initial launch.

Launch & reception

Phase one launched in September 2025. Rivos were delighted with the update, which now correctly reflected the organisations market-position and goals. Tracking metrics indicated a high level of audience engagement, and performance metrics showed a marked improvement in page speed, from a 400ms response time down to sub-100ms, resulting in dramatically improved PageSpeed Insights scores.
